– We\u2019re Hiring: Bilingual Patient Care Representative
\n– Location: Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional (Onsite)
\n– Employment type: Full-time | 9-hour shifts (between 7:00 a.m. \u2013 7:00 p.m.)
\n– Position Summary
\nBe the first point of contact between patients and the healthcare team. As a Bilingual Patient Care Representative, you will ensure patients receive timely assistance with appointments, follow-ups, and inquiries, always with empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities
\n– Manage patient appointments: scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-ups.
\n– Provide accurate information about services, availability, and procedures (non-clinical).
\n– Assist patients in English and Spanish with clarity and empathy.
\n– Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA & company protocols).
\n– Document interactions and escalate issues as needed.<\/p>\n
Qualifications
\n– High school diploma or ongoing university studies.
\n– Fluent or advanced English level.
\n– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\n– Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.<\/p>\n
